We collect: email address, name, member number, wallet address (Solana public key only — never private key or seed phrase), membership allocation records (transaction signatures), IP address for security logging, and usage activity logs.
Your data is used to: operate your membership account, verify wallet ownership, track eligibility status, process reward claim requests, detect and prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
We store only your Solana wallet's public address. We never store, request, or have access to private keys, seed phrases, or signing material. Wallet verification uses signed messages only.
We do not view your personal data. We do not share your data with third parties except: (a) service providers necessary to operate the platform, (b) legal requirements, (c) fraud prevention. Provider directory contacts are provided voluntarily by admin — not sourced from member data.
Account data is retained for the duration of your membership plus a reasonable period thereafter for audit purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting admin.
Passwords are hashed. JWTs are short-currentd. Audit logs are maintained for all sensitive operations. Rate limiting and security hardening are active.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. You may close your account at any time. Reward eligibility data may be retained for audit purposes.
This platform uses minimal cookies for session management. No third-party tracking cookies are used.
