Membership is a paid platform access product. It does not represent an investment, security, or financial instrument. Membership fees are non-refundable after the cooling-off period (14 days from initial purchase). Membership requires manual renewal every 30 days. No automatic billing occurs.
Community reward allocations are discretionary and managed by the platform admin. Cycle Reviews are not guaranteed. The reward pool is funded by membership revenue and optional admin contributions. Eligibility requires meeting token threshold, wallet verification, and 21-day holding requirements. All allocations are subject to admin review and approval before processing. No representation is made that any specific allocation amount will be made.
You are responsible for the security of your wallet and seed phrase. Only one active reward wallet may be registered per account. Wallet changes require admin approval and reset your eligibility countdown. We are not responsible for lost funds due to wallet compromise or user error.
Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Token holding requirements are participation conditions, not investment recommendations. Consult a qualified professional before making any financial decisions.
Provider directory listings are independent third parties. 1.4 Percent does not endorse, warrant, or guarantee the quality of any listed service. You engage with providers at your own risk.
Prohibited: creating multiple accounts, self-referral, manipulating wallet balances, attempting to circumvent eligibility rules, submitting false claim information. Violations may result in account suspension and disqualification from allocations.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms, pricing, eligibility rules, and allocation parameters with reasonable notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
1.4 Percent liability is limited to the amount of membership fees paid in the current 30-day period. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.
